Kellee has spent a ton of time recently helping my best friend get the best deal she can pick in Belmont, CA - and even though I was much closer - I never had to drive out anywhere, or make an inconvenient trip. All my paperwork was handled electronically and by fax at my request, and even the notary came to me for signatures. It was a dream.

A previous agent offered 6% command to price the house at 299k, I knew we could get a better price and Kellee offered 5% comm. So we went with her, she got right to work, and with one open house, we had an offer for 330k within days of going on the market. Just closed at that price! Sold, great job Kellee.
